Knowledge The Agrobank, formerly known as Bank Pertanian Malaysia, recently transformed its corporate identity after 30 years as the nation’s leading agricultural bank. The identity development, a project which Trax Associates was engaged to design and implement in collaboration with the Bank was completed in mid-2008. Phase 2 of the project which begins in mid-May 2009 will build new market and customer-focused competencies in alignment with existing business transformation processes at the Bank. The method used would be the 3-month “Intensive Workout” option within the Trax123™.
