Program Types The Trax123™ has been designed to place participants in a thought-provoking, learning environment where new and creative perspectives will be encouraged from Phase 1 to Phase 3 (from knowledge, through to innovation, and branding). The starting point is the business exploratory where participants individually and collectively delve into new ways of auditing, designing, acting and measuring the impact of corporate responses to real business issues and processes. Participants are taken through a rigorous method of exploring, designing, assessing and deciding as a group on how to create a new business model for the future within specified objectives and timelines.

A key component of the learning process is the cross-functional team (and organisational) interactions where the objective is for participants to accept new ways of thinking and working together in the realisation of common goals. As the intent of these exercises is strategic, learning from the 3 day to the 3 week and 3 month programs depending on what they seek and hope to achieve through the Trax123™ learning. The method is offered in three phases and three options depending on the requirements of the participating company: A 3-Day “Quick Fix”, a 3-Week “Exploratory” and/or a 3-Month “Intensive Workout”. The business transformation scope and intent of an organisation will determine which program would be most suitable and the Trax123™ can begin at any stage where understanding and capabilities can be expanded from the 3-day to the 3-week and finally the intensive 3-month program, depending on the preferences and requirements of the participating company.

3-day “Quick Fix” The 3-day program targets “quick wins”, orientates and distills the brand-driven business blueprint for organisational action through consultant facilitation.

Key Deliverable: This program provides a “snapshot” of new and potential market opportunities in the context of current and future business objectives and introduces the value of brand-driven business visions and strategies (through knowledge, innovation and branding) at an organisation.

3-week “Exploratory” The 3-week program involves collaborative solution design between organisation and consultants where a more detailed program for action is crafted for deployment.

Key Deliverable: This program offers a preliminary plan on how businesses can manage existing and new knowledge, innovate and create brands within the context of existing business visions and strategies.

3-month “Intensive Workout” The 3-month program is an intensive competency enhancement program where the market-think® method is used to build and manage a multi-disciplinary team in “seeding” and institutionalizing new capabilities in knowledge, innovation and brand management.

Key Deliverable: Team learning in organisational knowledge, innovation and brand convergence as a source of new competitiveness and market advantage.
