Melissa joins Trax Associates as an Accounting Associate. She started her career as a Financial Executive at Standard Chartered Malaysia and was involved in customer management in the processing of loans. She later worked as an Assistant Manager in the Purchasing department of Goh Ban Huat Berhad (a ceramic manufacturer) and also in accounting with Raslan Loong, an internationally-renowned law firm. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Management from Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia and is currently pursuing her professional certification in accounting (ACCA).

Mustarul Husaini

Mustarul Husaini is an Associate with Trax Associates. Prior to joining Trax, Mustarul was a Credit Officer with United Overseas Bank Berhad. He started his career with Sistem Televisyen Malaysia Berhad (TV3) attached to the CEO’s office at the Business Development Department where he was exposed to corporate liaison and communications. He later joined Prudential Services Asia in 2006, where he acquired technical and analytical skills in data analysis and management. Mustarul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) in International Business from Universiti Teknologi Mara.

Zaitoni Merican
Program Support - Administration

Zaitoni spent the major part of her career in the administration and development of training programs within the financial services industry. She joins Trax Associates as an Administration Manager. In the banking industry, she has had hands-on experience in banking operations, training & development, and administration. Her in–depth knowledge of budgeting, logistics and training administration has sharpened her credentials as a Training Administrator. Zaitoni holds a Diploma in Business Studies from University Teknologi MARA, Malaysia.

Nur Kamilah Mohd Alias
Programmer

Nur Kamilah is a programmer at Trax Business Solutions where she is involved in the development, maintenance and testing of systems. She has handled client change requests and conducted R&D on new and relevant technologies. Prior to joining Trax Business Solutions, she worked in Citibank’s Fraud Management Department, responsible for the data entry of credit card applications and the reporting of fraud cases. She also had a stint in OCBC in the Group Transaction Banking Department as an intern where she coordinated all UAT activities and reviewed functional specifications. Nur Kamilah graduated from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak with Bachelor of Computer Science & Information Technology (Hons.) in Software Engineering.

Yusriansyah Jusrang

Yusriansyah joins Trax Business Solutions as a programmer to support the development of the Trax EMP™ Customer Management and Communication Integrations Systems. He participated in the full life cycle development of the systems on .NET platforms, previously developed on Lotus Notes. He presently designs, modifies software codes and supports the administrative requirements of the project team. He graduated from Universiti Malaysia Sabah with Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons.) in Electronic Commerce.
