Yusno Yunos

Yusno led the development of the EMP™ or Enterprise Marketing Planning System at Trax Business Solutions as the Solutions Architect. He began his career in the United States working as a web developer at Carnegie Mellon University, before returning to Malaysia to work with Tenaga Nasional Berhad. At TNB, he was involved extensively in solutions development and project management where he played a key role in the development of multiple projects and solutions such as the corporation’s CRM (customer relationship management) system, mobile field force automation and geographical information systems. At Trax, Yusno is today responsible for technical development of innovative solutions where he supports management in the research and formulation of defensible intellectual property on behalf of the firm. Yusno holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University, USA.

Loveleena Enggat

Loveleena Enggat is the Senior Associate responsible for the execution of various projects involving corporate clients from project management to client servicing. She started her career in the media industry as a journalist in The Sun and The New Straits Times and later became the editor for ADOI magazine, Asia’s leading publication in marketing & communications. She acquired her communications experience at Malaysian Design Technology Center where she organized international events and campaigns which included the national anti-smoking campaign. She gained broadcasting experience at Sistem Televisyen Malaysia Berhad (TV3) specialising in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) within the Business Development Department at the CEO’s office. Loveleena also pioneered TV3’s loyalty program, a first in the industry. She is an avid book writer and has authored numerous academic books which are published by Cerdik Publications. Loveleena holds a Bachelor of Human Sciences (Hons.) in English and Literature from the International Islamic University Malaysia.

Daniel Neye

Daniel Neye, an accomplished and internationally- credentialed designer, is a senior consultant with Trax Business Solutions. He has worked for many international companies such as Nike, Vattenfall Europe and Sony BMG. His work has been exhibited around the world on MTV Asia, the National Film Institute London and at the widely acclaimed NEMO Festival in Paris. In addition, Daniel’s work has also been published worldwide ("Los Logos 3 & Los Logos 4" (Die Gestalten, GER), Hijacked Magazine (Sydney, AUS) and "The Web Design Index,” the industry standard in innovative web design (Pepin Press/Agile Rabbit Editions, NL). Daniel’s interest and capabilities extend beyond design where he consults and steers visual identity strategy at Trax Business Solutions on product and systems design strategies and applications.

Marcel Wessling
Media Systems Design

Marcel Wessling is the senior consultant leading the technical aspects of website design at Trax Business Solutions. He has more than 10 years experience in developing corporate websites, multimedia design and programming. Marcel graduated in 2000 as a multimedia programmer in Berlin, Germany and began his career working in the music industry for software developer Magix. He continued his career as a flash developer and later as an Art Director and Project Manager for Globe Media and was involved in various projects, like the award winning Voice4U. His work experience include working with clients such as Sleek Magazine, Michalsky Fashion and for design studios such as Greige, Neue Gestaltung, interstruct AG in Germany. He is a recipient of the Deutscher Multimedia Award – a German award for the best multimedia projects.

Lee Yin Ngai

Ngai is the senior and lead programmer with Trax Business Solutions and led the core development of the Trax EMP™ Enterprise Market Planning System. She has more than ten years of programming experience in analysis, design and development of various computer applications. In this capacity, she has worked with Resorts World Berhad as an analyst/programmer, as a Senior System Analyst with Ernst & Young Malaysia where she participated in the full cycle development of IT systems on Lotus and .Net platforms. At Sevenseas WorldWide Baggage Shipping (M) Sdn. Bhd., she was a lead developer for online web application and a project leader at Scope International Malaysia (Standard Chartered Bank). Ngai holds a Bachelors of Information Technology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Juliana Ng

Juliana joins Trax Business Solutions as a Senior Programmer. Her interest and professional skills in IT development started in a software house (Axis Perfect) where she had the opportunity to design and develop various e-commerce products and software in customer management. Her portfolio includes the design and development of one of Malaysia's first e-commerce online malls, TMNetMall, and the revamp of Cinema Online’s internal and external web applications. Juliana graduated from University of Lincoln, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Computing & Information Systems.

Delaila Khalid

Delaila Khalid is a Senior Associate in design at Trax Associates. She has more than 10 years' experience in corporate identity, packaging, print collateral, multimedia and environmental design at Malaysia’s leading architectural firm, GDP Architects. She has had extensive project management experience in the management of design from concept through to completion, especially in corporate identity and environmental design for numerous clients in Malaysia. Delaila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the University Teknologi MARA, Malaysia.
